ADAPTIVE BODYWORK
Floor-Based Structural Power Reset
Hosted by The Kettlebell Club – Laval
March 1
8:00 - 12:00
You train hard.
But over time, tension organizes itself into patterns.
Shoulders compress.
Hips lose elasticity.
Breathing becomes restricted.
Power starts costing more effort.
This workshop addresses that structural layer.
What This Is
Hosted by The Kettlebell Club – Laval, this 4-hour, floor-based introduction to Adaptive Bodywork explores how structure determines performance.
Adaptive Bodywork is a fascia-oriented structural system that reorganizes how your body carries load and transfers force.
This is not massage.
This is not stretching.
This is not brute pressure.
This is structural recalibration.
The work is delivered primarily through controlled bodyweight application through the feet while working on the floor. Alignment and gravity — not muscular force — are used to engage the fascial network in a broad, precise, and intelligent way.
Selective hand and elbow work are introduced where appropriate.
Participants remain active and engaged throughout.
You will both learn and experience:
• How structural tension limits strength
• How bodyweight foot application reorganizes fascial lines
• How alignment alters force transmission
• Immediate shifts in shoulder and hip mechanics
• Improved breathing under load
Most participants feel measurable change within minutes.
Who This Is For
• Kettlebell athletes
• Strength trainees
• Coaches
• Anyone serious about sustainable performance
If you want strength that feels organized rather than forced — this session will change how you experience your body.
