The 3 series of structural integration is a great introduction to structural bodywork, and clients often report improvement in posture, breathing, movement, energy, and improved body awareness. This is the first true series, comprised of the Superficial Front Line, the Superficial Back Line and the Lateral Lines. You will leave this series with a genuine feeling transformation. You will understand what it is to feel at home and at ease in your body.
