The AB 2-Series offers a balanced approach to introducing your body to the benefits of Structural Integration. In these two sessions, we focus on key areas to provide noticeable improvements in posture, movement, and overall body awareness. This series includes work on the Superficial Front Line and the Superficial Back Line, ensuring that you experience a significant transformation in how you move and feel. By the end of the AB 2-Series, you will have a deeper understanding of your body's alignment and a greater sense of ease and comfort in your daily activities.
